Clear is one of the most underrated colors for Albies out there. When the Sun is high and those little baitfish are fully illuminated, they look almost completely clear to the naked eye. During clear, mid-day conditions, a small clear fly with a bit of flash can magically cure an Albies lock-jaw syndrome. Its a subtle pattern for when the water is clear and the bait is small. This fly should be thrown on light tippet. Drop down to 12lb, 10lb, or even 8lb Fluorocarbon and you will often start getting bit again. This fly is 2.5" long on a size 2 hook.
