Our Compleat Guarantee offers a 7-day return period on all fly rods and a 30-day return window for all other tackle. Items returned during this period will recieve a full refund provided that they are in the same condition that they left our shop. Please note that the Compleat Guarantee does not cover custom items, special orders, items marked "final sale", or bamboo fly rods. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
For international orders, please note that any international customs duties (such as VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer. Connecticut residents must pay a 6.35% sales tax on all purchases.
