The BC Mega Minnow is a much larger and longer version of the original BC minnow for even larger fish species in both fresh and salt waters. Yes, this fly is not only good for large bass, Pike, Muskie, Peacock Bass, but can be taken in the salt for all the great in-shore species including stripers, bluefish, jacks, Barracuda, etc.
This fly is made of nearly all foam for good buoyancy and durability, but it has a diving plane on the head so as you strip the fly it will dive and wobble creating an incredible tail wiggling motion that is irresistible to fish.
You can strip it slow and have it just dive under the surface a few inches and float back to the surface or strip it fast and watch it dive and wobble deeper and deeper.
