Greetings Compleat Anglers! Finally the sun has broken through once again! With warmer air temperatures, there should be some great fishing weather over the next couple of weeks. Both Connecticut and Catskill rivers are in great shape and nicely wadeable. Water temperatures are still in the high 40's through the low 50's, so perfect for both dry and nymph activity.

Greetings Compleat Anglers! Despite the chilly weather and occasional rain, trout fishing has been very good! All Connecticut and New York Catskill rivers are down and wadeable with good clarity. Generally there have been good bugs and the fish are on them.

Fishing in Connecticut and Catskill trout rivers has been spotty to very good. The bright sun and generally clear waters has made the fish a bit spooky in some places.

As the weather continues to improve, fishing conditions on Connecticut and Catskill rivers should be just about perfect for this coming weekend. There are Hendrickson hatches on both the Farmington and Housatonic rivers in Connecticut, and in all branches of the Delaware River in New York as well.

Spring weather is finally back again! Weather through the coming weekend looks ideal, with calm days and air temps in the 60s and 70s for both Connecticut and Catskill rivers. Hatches on all rivers are about two weeks ahead, with Hendricksons showing on all the major rivers and the fish are keying in on them.
